Massage Therapy

Massage Therapy is the therapeutic practice of manipulating the muscles and limbs to ease tension and reduce pain. It can be effective for reducing the symptoms of disorders of or pain in the muscles and nervous system, and it is often used to reduce stress. Clients can be treated while lying on a massage table, sitting in a massage chair, or lying on a mat on the floor. The massage subject may be fully or partially clothed or unclothed.

Sol is proud to offer the services of excellent therapists. These seasoned professionals have established their independent practices here at Sol after years of developing their craft at some of the area’s finest spas – including Lake Austin Spa and Resort, the Crossings, the Hyatt, Infinity Wellness, and the Austin Longevity Center.

While the therapists at Sol draw on a number of modalities – Swedish, relaxation, Lomi Lomi, deep tissue, Ashiatsu, myofascial release, trigger point, reflexology, polarity, Thai yoga, reiki and hot and cold stone therapy – each has areas of specialized expertise.
