**Women’s Movement Series. Drop-in & Donation Classes**
Join Shanah McCrary & Shannon Bond for a 6-week women’s movement series to embody the seasons.
Each week we focus on a different theme as we awaken and connect with spring energy. For two weeks we honor winter and allow for stillness and reflection as we welcome the spaciousness to blossom in spring.
Spring allows us to feel a sense of reawakening after the stillness from the winter months. The buds begin to surface from the earth and signs of renewal blossom within us. Aligning with the seasons harmonizes us with nature, we follow her lead and dance to her rhythm. As we develop a rhythm and routine we gradually lighten up physically, mentally, and emotionally, giving us the vision and inspiration to bring our desires into fruition.

We will connect in sisterhood, dance with our emotions and honor the seasons with Qoya inspired movement practices.
Qoya is a women’s movement practice based on the idea that through movement we remember. We remember our essence as women is wise, wild & free. The beauty of Qoya is there is no way you can do it wrong and you know you are doing it right when it feels good and true in your body.
Class will be held in the Sol Studio, located in the front of the Sol Property. Parking is available to the left of the studio.
The Sol studio is an intimate studio space allowing for movement, candlelight conversations and a wonderful vibra-floor experience. Are you ready for all the feels?
