Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Starts

“This course is life-changing” — past graduate

This 8-week course, is taught by Mamata Misra, an MBSR teacher trained and fully qualified by the Center For Mindfulness in Medicine, Healthcare, and Society (CFM), U.Mass. It is based on U.Mass CFM’s 8-week MBSR program developed originally by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn that is being taught around the world and is the most widely researched mindfulness program with evidence based benefits for a variety of physical and mental health conditions. It consists of 8 weekly sessions (2.5 hours each) and one all day (7 hours) retreat. Participants are also assigned daily home practices.
