Studios for Yoga, Workshops, Talks, Classes & Events

Sol Healing and Wellness Center has two studio spaces and one classroom available for workshops, talks, classes and events on an hourly, daily or weekend basis.  The grounds and breakout spaces are also available to retreat organizers for more extensive, multi-day events.

The spaces vary in size and amenities.

Sol Healing Studio is home to the amazing Vibra-Floor. The studio measures 420 square feet with bamboo floors, significant natural light and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen and restroom. The studio also comes with a sound system and our innovative Vibra-Floor – a unique design wherein the entire floor acts as a stereo speaker, making it possible to feel the music as vibration through the body.  More about the Vibra-Floor

Luna Studio is a brand new 1,000 square foot space featuring a partially raised ceiling, audio visual system with 7 speakers, subwoofer and projector, beautiful outdoor views, adjoining outdoor patio area, adjoining full kitchen and bathroom. The raised ceiling of the studio space even includes hooks allowing use for acroyoga enthusiasts.

The Classroom is a warm space with a fireplace and bookshelves. It allows for a more intimate teaching experience for up to 20 people. Glass blocks and a partial glass barn door allow for some natural lighting while wooden bookshelves and floors reveal the space’s origins as a comfortable living room. The Classroom is only available for rental on weekends or after 6pm on weekdays.

General Guidelines
Tables and seating options – e.g. chairs, backjacks, blankets, yoga props – are available for all of the spaces.  Access to waiting rooms for breakout sessions, and access to additional restrooms can be arranged upon request. On pleasant days, meetings can be extended to the outdoor areas surrounding the building, if arranged in advance.

Since we are part of a multidisciplinary healing and wellness center, a variety of on-site health and wellness services are available to support and enhance your experience as needed – meeting facilitation, Reiki, massage, watsu, acupuncture, meditation, facials, body treatments and yoga instruction can be arranged with the professionals at Sol.

For one-time use, the rate is:

$30 per hour with a 1-hour minimum

$110 for a four-hour daily rental

$190 for a full day

$350 for a Saturday-Sunday weekend

For on-going use (6 consecutive weeks minimum), the rate is:

$25 per hour with a $25 minimum per week

Reservations are accepted for dates up to 6 months in advance. Reservations are first-come, first-served and the room is deemed reserved once a deposit is received.

For one-time use, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before the event begins. Half of the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled at least two months before the scheduled start date. After that date, the deposit is non-refundable. The balance of the rental payment is due 10 days prior to the event.

For on-going use, rental is paid monthly in advance in full by the first day of each month.

For one-time use, the rate is:

$50 per hour with a 1-hour minimum

$170 for a four-hour daily rental

$310 for a full day

$600 for a Saturday-Sunday weekend

For on-going weekly use (6 consecutive weeks minimum), the rate is:

$40 per hour with a $40 minimum per week

Reservations are accepted for dates up to 6 months in advance. Reservations are first-come, first-served and the room is deemed reserved once a deposit is received.

For one-time use, a 50% deposit is required, with the balance due before the event begins. Half of the deposit will be refunded if the event is cancelled at least two months before the scheduled start date. After that date, the deposit is non-refundable. $25 per hour with a 1-hour minimum. However, minimum may be 2 hours if significant configuration of seating is required.

$80 for a four-hour weekend rental

$140 for a full weekend day

$240 for a Saturday-Sunday weekend

For on-going weekly use (6 consecutive weeks minimum), the rate is:

$20 per hour with a minimum depending on configuration needs

Reservations are accepted for dates up to 6 months in advance.  Reservations are first-come, first-served and the room is deemed reserved once a deposit is received.
